We accept payment in the form of PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover as well as mobile payment options.

PROCESSING ERRORS

It is possible the reason is that the billing address that does not match the one on file with the credit card you are using. If you are sure that this is website error, please feel free to contact me and I will look into it.

shipping rates

All orders are sent via the United States Postal Service (USPS).

I ship domestic and international orders through this service.

Rates are calculated by item weight.

order processing time

Orders are processed within 3 days unless the order includes a pre-order item.

Your order should arrive within a week or two after being shipped if you are within the U.S.

​International shipping times can vary and can take up to two to three to six weeks depending on the shipping method used.

At this time we do not offer these options! Our packages are sent out first class with tracking numbers and you are emailed as soon as they are shipped.

Con pickup

Some pre-order items have the option for con pickup. You may pick up your item from me at the con I am attending with proof of purchase & ID.

customs fees

​We do not cover customs fees, they are the responsibility of the buyer. Please familiarize yourself with your local import laws to know how it could effect your order. We cannot fake customs declarations to avoid customs fees.

address changes

If we have not shipped out the product, please contact us right away by responding to your order receipt and give us the correct address. 

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

If the item is part of a large book project it will no longer be available once it is deemed out of stock.

Smaller items such as pins and keychains may return!

ALLERGENS

We cannot guarantee what metals are used in accessories unless otherwise stated in the item's description, so it's recommended that if you are allergic to certain kinds of metal that you replace the chains, rings or other metal with your own that you know are safe.
